Futureproofintelligence.com is the institutional-facing surface of Future Proof Intelligence — an operating layer currently built and maintained by Daniel van Griensven in the Netherlands. The site exists to describe the work, to show what it looks like running, and to open the possibility of a real conversation. It is not a product you purchase by clicking. Every engagement begins in a closed conversation first.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. We maintain it carefully, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from error, or compatibility with every device. If something breaks, tell us — we usually know within hours, but your note helps.
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Future Proof Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. For any direct liability that is not excluded by law, our liability is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid us for site-related services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This clause does not limit anything that cannot be limited under applicable law, including matters of gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct conversation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
