Institutional
European grant backing. Regulatory positioning. Certification infrastructure. The architecture of trust.
Serious work requires serious foundations.
Future Proof is not a startup positioned against regulation. It is an ecosystem positioned inside it, with the grants, the methodology, and the institutional infrastructure to move when the market catches up.
"A government-backed foundation beneath the entire ecosystem."
Future Proof Intelligence is backed by a confirmed EUR 1.5 million grant from Invitalia, the national agency of the Italian Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy. First tranche of EUR 700K arrives in Q2 2026.
The grant supports the consultancy, the autonomous infrastructure, and the European regulatory positioning. It is structured as government-backed institutional funding, recurring and conditional on operational milestones the ecosystem has already met.
"Built before the market exists, for the institutions that will shape it."
When AI agents cause measurable loss, the liability question moves from theoretical to contractual overnight. No European-native AI insurer exists yet. Future Proof is not building one, but we are building what comes before it.
Five live institutional properties. A certification framework mapped to underwriting criteria. A regulatory content engine publishing institutional-grade analysis every week. Positioned as the obvious European partner when Munich Re, Allianz, or Lloyd's structures its AI agent insurance line.
"Positioned ahead of the two deadlines that reshape European AI governance."
The European Union enforces two structural AI Act deadlines in 2026. General purpose obligations in August. High-risk systems in December. Most organisations are not prepared because the operational implications are wide and expensive to retrofit.
Future Proof has been positioning here for over a year. Five institutional properties are live. A certification methodology is already structured around the regulatory vocabulary. When the deadlines arrive, the infrastructure is already in place.
"A seven-dimension standard for AI-era durability."
Future Proof Certified is the assessment framework that answers a question the investment and regulatory worlds are converging on at the same time: how do you evaluate a business for AI readiness, with evidence, at institutional grade?
Seven dimensions. Evidence-based scoring. Material-risk weighting. A single investor-grade output. We use it inside the ecosystem for partner assessment, and make it available to external businesses, institutions, and the certification partners that work with them.
"The institutional layer is available to other institutions."
The methodology, content engine, and regulatory positioning that we run inside the ecosystem are made available externally.
A seven-dimension institutional-grade assessment of one or more portfolio companies, subsidiaries, or candidate operators. Structured across four weeks. Delivered as a board-ready document.
A closed-door, written-in-advance briefing on a specific regulatory question, market shift, or category formation. Commissioned by boards, ministries, or underwriting committees.
Sustained engagement on a defined AI governance question, working alongside your legal, policy, or risk team.
Engagements begin with a closed conversation, not a proposal.
