Most partners come in through the Founding Technology Partner pathway: capital in, contract back, embedded in the ecosystem. Some come in through a longer conversation about co-building (product, infrastructure, design, distribution), where the contribution is the work itself and the structure gets shaped to fit. Some of the strongest relationships in this ecosystem are not paid in. They are built in. Founders, engineers, designers, and operators who bring product, infrastructure, or distribution into the field, and whose contribution shapes the structure of the agreement.

There is no tier card for this. The form follows the work: revenue share, integration, equity, advisory, or something we haven't shaped yet. What stays constant: disclosed AI throughout, partner data sovereign to the partner, no extractive clauses, no scarcity framing on the way in.
